Should material not be reported as destroyed/installed upon request of RGA, it could void any credits due. Product should not be field destroyed without the written authorization from American Lighting personnel.

To further evaluate your warranty claim, we may need closeup photos of the product installed, including, but not limited to, pictures of the installed power cord and end cap and any damaged sections on the strip.
